LeighAnn Anderson, LPC
“Growing up I was taught that ‘shared joy is double the joy, shared sorrow is half the sorrow. That is something I carry into each session. As a therapist, I love that I get the privilege to be trusted with someone else’s stories and walk with them through their own healing and wholeness.”
Before starting with Southeast Kansas Mental Health Center in May 2021, LeighAnn (a native New Yorker) worked as a therapist at a residential treatment facility for children, as well as providing mental health services in other capacities in the Kansas City area.
