Meet Out Crisis Team!
Bryan Cook, LMLP is the Manager of Crisis Services which covers all six counties in the jurisdiction of Southeast Kansas Mental Health Center since 2004. He completed his master’s in psychology with clinical emphasis at Pittsburg State University in 2004. Bryan did practicums at Osawatomie State Hospital and the Ozark Center in Joplin, MO as well as the Stephens’ Unit at Freeman Hospital in Joplin, MO.
Sarah Henderson-Hodges, LMSW is a crisis therapist serving all locations. She worked as a crisis clinician at Family Service and Guidance Center, serving children and families. Sarah worked as a Clinical Social Worker on the Senior Behavioral Health Unit at Fredonia Regional Hospital. Her practicum experience consisted of serving children and teens in a group home. Sarah’s second practicum experience was at the Veteran Affairs in Topeka in the Mental Health Intensive Case Management (MHICM) program. Her education was received from Washburn University/Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and Washburn University/Master Social Work. She is currently working toward furthering her clinical licensure as a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW).
