About

Holly Jerome brings nearly two decades of experience in human services, leadership, and strategic communications to her role. Since joining the organization in 2007, she has served in a variety of leadership roles focused on people, culture, and community connection.

In her current role, Holly oversees human resources, education and outreach initiatives, and the agency’s training department. This includes coordinating evidence-based, prevention-focused programs and other mental health education opportunities for staff and the broader community across Southeast Kansas.

She began her career at SEKMHC as an Adult Case Manager, then led an Integrated Health Program, and ultimately stepped into her current leadership position in 2016. She is committed to strengthening organizational culture, supporting employee development, and expanding access to mental health education throughout the region.

Holly is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and has extensive training in Lean Six Sigma, Health Law, Public Relations, and Human Resources/Payroll Law. She is passionate about employee wellness and fostering a workplace culture rooted in compassion, collaboration, and accountability.
