Kristi Lickteig, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, PNPTL

About
Kristi joined Southeast Kansas Mental Health Center in October 2021 and serves as a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatry Team Lead. She provides compassionate, evidence-based care for children, adolescents, and adults across the lifespan.

Kristi is a veteran of the United States Army Reserve Nurse Corps and has experience in a variety of healthcare settings, including inpatient psychiatric care, eating disorder treatment programs for adolescents and adults, trauma ICU, medical-surgical nursing, cardiac telemetry, oncology, and nursing education.

Her clinical interests include the assessment and treatment of autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other behavioral health conditions. She also has experience working with adolescents and adults struggling with eating disorders and complex mental health concerns.

Kristi is passionate about creating a supportive, collaborative environment where patients and families feel heard, respected, and empowered in their treatment journey. Her goal is to help individuals achieve improved mental wellness, resilience, and quality of life through personalized, patient-centered care.
