About Us

Southeast Kansas Mental Health Center (SEKMHC) serves individuals and families across Allen, Anderson, Bourbon, Linn, Neosho, and Woodson counties with one clear goal: making sure people can get the support they need, when they need it. As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic, we provide a range of services including therapy, psychiatry, substance use treatment, and 24/7 crisis support, meeting people where they are and helping them navigate life’s challenges with care and dignity.

In a rural region where access can be a barrier, our team works beyond clinic walls, partnering with schools, responding in moments of crisis, and staying connected to the communities we serve every day. Whether someone is reaching out for the first time or continuing their care, SEKMHC is here with real people, real support, and a commitment to helping our communities move forward.
