Mental health emergencies don’t follow a 9-to-5 schedule. They can arise unexpectedly, late at night, during a busy day at work, in the classroom, or even at a family gathering. When a crisis hits, Southeast Kansas Mental Health Center (SEKMHC) is ready to respond. We believe no one should face a mental health emergency alone. That’s why we provide round-the-clock, compassionate crisis support across Allen, Anderson, Bourbon, Linn, Neosho, and Woodson counties.

No matter the time of day or night, SEKMHC’s Crisis Hotline is here for you. If you or someone you know is experiencing emotional distress, thoughts of suicide, substance use concerns, or any urgent mental health need, help is just a phone call away.
