Holly Jerome

Holly joined Southeast Kansas Mental Health Center in April 2007. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and has extensive training in Lean Six Sigma, payroll law, health law, and public relations marketing strategies. Before stepping into her current role at SEKMHC, Holly worked as an adult case manager and integrated care manager. Under her oversight, the human resources department has expanded and grown to not only a department that manages payroll and benefits, but also actively recruits employees so SEKMHC can grow. Holly also leads the marketing department, established in 2021, and the training department, established in 2022.
